Accounts and security

You retain ownership of quizzes and content you create. You grant Quiztify a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

Do not use Quiztify to transmit malware, violate intellectual property rights, harvest data without consent, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. You must comply with applicable laws and our security requirements.
Third-party services
Quiztify may integrate with third-party services. Their terms and policies govern those services, and Quiztify is not responsible for them.
Fees and availability
Quiztify may offer free or paid plans. Pricing, billing terms, and plan limits will be provided at the time of purchase or in-product. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect Quiztify, users, or the public.

Limitation of liability
